SPINACH, MUSHROOM & BACON SAUTÉED SALAD

Ingredients

  • 10 oz ‏Baby Spinach
  • 4 oz ‏Crimini Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 4 ‏Slices Bacon, Sliced
  • 1/2 ‏Cup Kewpie Onion with Roasted Garlic Dressing

Directions

  • In a large frying pan, cook bacon.

    Remove excess oil and add mushrooms. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.

    Add a half amount of dressing and stir. Add spinach and rest of dressing. Sauté until spinach wilts.
