- 1 Tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Salt, Pepper for Taste
Kewpie Mayo keeps these scrambled eggs moist and fluffy.
1) In a bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper for taste.
2) In a frying pan, heat oil and cook egg/mayonnaise mixture. Stir until eggs are cooked.
